The 119 version of CPUz will not show the speed as soon as you change it, but will after a reboot. Or you can get use this version of CPUz which will correctly display your overclock. So I emailed him, and we went back and forth with eachother until it worked!!! I figured the author might not be aware the overclocking was not built into this board. This motherboard does not allow overclocking from the bios or anything. I stumbled onto a program writen by the Franck Delattre (the maker of CPUz) that claimed to overclock within windows, and was compatible with the Asus P4P800-VM MATX motherboard.
